SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
JOB QUALIFICATION:
At least one (2) years experience as sales/marketing gained from a service industry or the cargo forwarding and logistics business.
A degree in Busines Administraion / Marketing / Logistics or College graduate of any related course
JOB SUMMARY
Sales & Marketing personnel is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients in need of transportation and hauling services. This role involves generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare all publicity materials for Bayan Movers;
Prepares Marketing Plan for approval of Business Unit Head/OIC;
Develop marketing campaigns thru maximizing available resources in tri-media and the internet;
Come up a portfolio of new innovative ways available in the market to communicate the company message to existing customers;
Plan and manage marketing events;
Identify and prospect new clients within the trucking and hauling industry.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach;
Perform sales calls with Business Unit Head and initiate follow through;
Prepares service quotation and present sales proposals to clients;
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for the trucking and hauling contracts and ensure all agreements comply with company policies and regulations;
Builds responsive and pleasant relationship with trucking partners, subcon and clients;
Call and coordinate with subcon partners for booking requirements if needed.
Clearly communicates the Customer requirements to Operations Team and work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery;
Regularly reviews and evaluates the existing marketing and sales business process and procedures to determine its effectiveness in the organization.
Builds up Customer Information Database
Closed deals with at least two (2) new clients per month
Ensures to achieve monthly revenue targets from outside clients
