Job Description:
 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at 1001 Nights Boutique Inn. The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the inn's success in a highly competitive market. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the inn and attract a diverse range of guests.
Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and stay updated with industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points of the inn.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners to drive sales and secure business opportunities.
Collaborate with the management team to define pricing strategies, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Manage the inn's online presence and reputation on various platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling content, reviews, and ratings.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data, generate regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
