We are looking for a qualified Sales & Marketing administrator to join a fast growing company in the F&B sector in London. You will be working from home but will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support in providing Sales and Marketing reporting and communication.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Process orders via email
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales & Marketing targets are met and report any deviations
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Update and Maintain support across all areas of Social Media
Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing administrator.
Hands on experience with CRM software's and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Advance ability to use Excel
Understanding of performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration in the relevant field is a plus
Knowledge in Social Media Platforms
Can follow tutorial videos
Has the ability to work on there own.
