6.  Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
7.  Promoting the organization and products.
8.  Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
JOB QUALIFICATION

3. Experience in customer relationship management
4. Experience managing and directing a sales team
