We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Toyoko Inn Cebu . As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth to achieve our company's revenue targets. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career development within our organisation.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to meet revenue targets and occupancy goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.
Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential guests.
Meeting with potential customers to promote the hotel's services.
Consistently meet occupancy quota.
Collaborate with the management to develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize profitability.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strategic thinker and problem solver
