We need 50 Sales/Unit Managers to be assigned across Cebu City.
Unit Manager Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Male/Female, 25 - 38 yrs old.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, pharma, insurance, or financial services industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of Financial Advisors.
Must possess a valid Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
