Job Description
We are currently hiring Sales Associates/Business Development Associates for our expanding team in the Philippines. If you are an experienced and proactive individual with a focus on selling construction materials and chemicals, we invite you to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and maintain close working relationships with DPWH and relevant clients in the construction industry.
· Explore new sales opportunities, expand market share, and increase sales volume.
· Develop sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives and implement effective sales activities.
· Follow up on sales leads, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate sales agreements.
· Provide professional product knowledge and technical support to meet customer needs and provide solutions.
· Regularly report sales activities and market trends to support decision-making.
Requirements:
· Sales experience in the construction materials and chemicals field, with a strong understanding of products and the market.
· Possess connections and experience related to DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) or similar government agencies in the construction industry.
· Excellent sales skills and customer relationship management abilities.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels.
· Background in civil or structural engineering is preferred, with candidates having relevant engineering experience given priority.
· Self-motivated and a team player, capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
· Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
