Career Opportunity: Sales Manager (for Secure Communications) for a multinational company, an Industry-leading group for Test & Measurement, Aerospace Defense Security, Broadcast & Media and Cybersecurity.
Work Location: Office is in Makati. The nature of work requires fieldwork most days.
Job Summary:
Achieve product sales objectives in assigned accounts and countries through the effective development, management and support of sales channels
Manage and drive revenue through existing channels, as well as research, negotiate and develop new channels and strategic partnerships in Philippines
Build strong, knowledge-sharing and profitable relationships with Philippines channel distributors
Develop and implement optimal strategies and business plans for sales channels in Philippines to achieve sales growth, market development and strong relationship building
Drive the alignment of channel distribution strategy with SecCom products business strategy
Ensure channels understand and have alignment to R&S sales strategies and initiatives
Develop and promote consistent regional channel policies, sales plans, market segmentation and differentiation
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of relevant sales, management, account management and marketing experience in a related industry
Technical knowledge about Secure Communications field
Preferably with experience handling public sector / government or military accounts.
