You'll raise $100M from family offices and institutional investors
You'll organize private events for the smartest investors in the world
Guide decisions for new home buyers (Inbound)
Reach out to home buyers who signed up via Home.LLC's social media platforms (Outbound)
Work with home buyers so that Home.LLC can invest in their homes
Develop long-term relationships with people through their home buying journey
Suggest possible solutions, and ensure that customers feel supported and valued
Make recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
4+ years of experience in handling & building a sales team
Experience working at a startup
Graduate from Tier 1/Tier 2 engineering and/or business school
Deciding and initiating action
Leading and supervising
Relating and networking
Intellectual curiosity and dedication to mastering complex terrain; fast learner
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, active listening
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
Strong time management
Adaptability and accountability
