Key responsibilities:
Provides strategic and operational leadership to inside sales teams to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives.
Leads creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions.
Designs and develops strategies to increase market share, and grow short and long term business through management of the account.
Oversee all activities within the teams accounts.
Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within their accounts
Drive metrics to measure account and team performance
Lead team to cultivate high level relationships within client organizations
Onboard and train Inside Sales Executives to achieve targets and coaching for performance and employee development
Coach and motivate team and to achieve company's objectives in gaining new business, market share and customer satisfaction.
Skills required:
Demonstrate deep understanding of customers and their business model and workflows
Proven ability to manage within a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments/organizations and influence at all levels
Proven ability to deliver results through development of key sales and revenue metrics
Ability to motivate, coach and mentor in a customer facing environment
Excellent leadership skills with proven track record of attainment of company goals in a fast-paced changing environment
High level of financial acumen
University/college degree may be required, advanced degree may be preferred
Significant work experience in applicable industry and knowledge of customer workflow required
Customer relationship management required throughout all levels within an organization
