Our team is searching for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager. The Sales Manager at Rapidus it's a goal-oriented professional whose job is to understand customer needs, effectively present our product and close a deal.
Candidate must have excellent speaking and writing English. You will make sales on US-market.
This is a fully remote position. Screen tracking and daily reports are required.
Full-time position. Working in the Pacific time zone.
The salary rate is composed of the Basic part ($900) + commissions. The average salary is $1500-$2000 (US Dollars)
As a Sales Manager, you will be:
- Searching outbound leads, conducting demo calls with qualified prospects;
- Making a certain volume of cold calls per day;
- Generating new sales opportunities through different channels, including active outbound prospecting and your professional network;
- Creating sequences and making more contact points with potential customers;
- Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales;
- Working towards monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by the CEO;
- Tracking all sales activities on Hubspot and preparing required sales reports;
- Investigating and resolving queries from customers.

- Previous experience in a B2B sales role is a must. Know how to sell to businesses, mostly SMB and mid-size;
- Previous experience in a start-up company is preferred;
- Understanding our business, company goals, and our customers;
- Self-motivated and organized individual;
- Excellent time management and superior attention to detail;
- Take a creative approach to sourcing and generating leads for cold calls or email;
- Make lots of cold calls per day, prioritizing your work for the highest impact, with perfect spoken and written English skills;
- Track record of achieving KPI's and targets;
- Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds. Clearly present our value proposition addressing specific customer needs. Make sure they are interested.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability in English;
- Establish and own an end-to-end sales lifecycle and be willing and prepared to step up and create your team, as a manager.
