With his strong background in two-way radio industry, Sales Manager creates new business opportunities by identifying potential customers through calls and visits.
Works with existing customers to develop on-going relationships in order to maximize all sales opportunities and increase market share
Prepares sales reports that are relevant and useful to maintain sales competence and product leadership in the territory
Recommends profit and service improvements; analyses market, master technical and procedural matter related to product
Maintains proactive research and benchmarking for market trends, industry news and developments, competitors' activities.
Guides sales personnel in working to target and KPI's
Must have proven (min 5 years) with radio equipment sales market
Note that we can also consider applicants who are employed as Sales Engineers with work experience handling 2-way radios
SALARY: 50,000 - 70,000 plus incentives
