Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer's needs, making potential clients lists
Planning own sales activity to achieve a target given
Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-in sales and any method.
Going a business trip as needed.
Setting up an appointment/meeting with potential clients
Preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on product or service
Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Preparing a quotation by verifying client's requirements through a meeting, provided documents and survey of a site
Taking a product quotation from factories based on client's requirements
Preparing proposal price considering product price from factories and local cost.
Negotiating/closing a contract
Checking/preparing contract document
Coordinating/Managing an order of Elevator\Escalator to factories
Coordinating an authorized shop drawing with a client (for order)
Monitoring a payment from a client and collecting a payment cooperating with accounting team
Coordinating to issue a performance bond (if any)
Sharing information with related department in order to achieve a project smoothly.
Reporting a plan/action/result/problem exactly on your all duties to a superior/company
Organizing a sales meeting to share information and grasp the status of all tendering project.
Assisting department staff on their sale activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience (over 5 years) with new development sales in the construction industry.
Strong planning and high motivated to accomplish/be committed to a goal
Good ability to take action and tough negotiation
Experience (over 2 years) of working as Manager/Team Leader
Graduate of Bachelor of Business Courses
Basic knowledge MS Excel Skills and knowledge in other MS Application such as MS Word and Power Point
Basic verbal and written communication abilities across level of an organization
Able to negotiate, establish and process contracts
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Accurate and precise attention to details
Able to make decision in fast-paced environment
Good health and Stress resistant
