Drake's top client - an Australian financial company is currently hiring a Sales Manager to be part of their collaborative team in BGC, Taguig City.
Core function:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the stocks, cryptocurrency, and forex markets. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans and ensuring exceptional customer service. As an individual contributor in the role of Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include prospecting for potential clients, conducting product presentations, driving sales, and providing regular reports to the management team.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition within the stocks, cryptocurrency, and forex markets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate prospective clients on the company's fintech products and services.
· Track and analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
· Stay informed about the latest developments in stocks, cryptocurrency, and forex markets, and effectively communicate industry updates and product enhancements to the sales team and clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fintech industry and specifically in stocks, cryptocurrency, or forex.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of stocks, cryptocurrency, and forex markets, including trading platforms, strategies, and regulations.
· Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
· With excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for sales.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
· Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
