????General Description: Manage a sales team for IT services by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quota and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team’s skills. The Sales Manager will also take care of preparing the contracts/proposals of the prospective clients.
 
????Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
 
????Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Global Managers and members in finding channels for lead generation
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Prepare the contracts/proposals of the prospective clients.
Assist the HR manager is the completion of HR projects
????Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in the marketing or business management field
Strong leadership abilities and customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
At least 2 years of solid experience as a Sales Manager
English Fluency in written and spoken communication is a must
Ability to work on a US-shift
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
