About the Role
 
As a Sales & Inventory Associate, you'll play a vital role in the heart of our operations-ensuring seamless inventory flow, supporting backend sales processes, and most importantly, assisting walk-in clients at the store with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm.
 
We're looking for someone who's bibo, teachable, and confident in selling-someone who can represent ANTHILL with genuine care, build relationships with customers, and share the stories behind our products with pride.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the store, offer styling suggestions, and provide product knowledge
Create meaningful in-store experiences by engaging customers in conversations about our partner communities and the impact behind our products
Support the sales team with updated product availability and inventory coordination
Monitor and update inventory records, stock movement, and availability
Coordinate with production, suppliers, and logistics for timely stock flow
Prepare sales reports, quotations, and invoices
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and conduct regular stock checks
Maintain clean, organized files and provide admin support for daily operations
Ensure the store is always tidy, welcoming, and aligned with our values
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
2-3 years of experience in inventory, retail, or sales support roles
Experience in retail or direct customer selling is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory systems
Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willing to grow with the team and take initiative
