The position is responsible for establishing a systematic approach on process work flow of Channels'.
It will review, analyze, and recommend processes' improvements in short- and long-term goal.
The Sales Information and Systems Development Officer will ensure to implement processes and mechanisms that are suitable, functional and aligned with top leadership's recommendations and industry standards.
Reporting to the Vice President of Channels Division, the Sales Information and Systems Development Officer will also ensure a timely consolidation, generation, and provision of data for strategic and operational activities of the Channels Division.
It is expected to provide data for preparation of reports related to sales revenue, revenue budgets, and annual programs of Channels Division.
KRA: Systems Development and Data Maintenance, Sales Data Generation, Documentation and Record Management, Project Management,
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Degree holder of either Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration and/or any other related course.
At least five (5) years' experience in the same or related field;
Preferably with experience in business process improvement
