Job Description
 
The Account Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities, particularly in resort accommodations and events. This role involves a balance of client engagement, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored resort and event services, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
New Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and direct outreach to potential clients for both accommodations and event services.
Sales Strategy & Best Practices: Regularly review and enhance sales strategies and best practices to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the resort and events segments.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings, using insights to refine sales strategies.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contract agreements for resort bookings and events to close deals effectively and achieve revenue goals.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional services, upgraded packages, or event enhancements to clients to maximize revenue and improve guest experiences.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to keep management informed of the sales pipeline and client feedback.
Event & Promotion Support: Collaborate with the marketing and events teams on promotional activities, seasonal packages, and event-related campaigns to attract new business and enhance brand awareness.
CRM & Client Feedback: Use CRM tools to track client interactions and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach, and gather post-service feedback to improve overall service quality.
Professional Development: Stay updated on sales, hospitality, and event trends by participating in industry events, training sessions, and certifications to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
