QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in any field
Male or Female
At least 1 year experience in the same field is an advantage
Possess strong interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
Possess strong negotiation skills and pleasing personality
Can handle pressure and with Positive attitude
Must have the ability to work in team environment
Self-motivated, dedicated, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be computer literate.
Can start immediately.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
Approaches and assists walk-in customers.
Determines the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions.
Performs walk-around with customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
Effectively closes automotive sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers the unit.
Ensures the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Reports to the sales manager regarding objectives, reviews, analyses, and planned activities.
Attends training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufacturers.
Reviews sales statistics and actions to determine how to better utilize time, plan more effectively, and improve sales.
Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provides customers with quotations.
Does lead monitoring weekly with itinerary.
Assists client's needs from inquiry to release even after sales.
Coordinates with PDI Staff for the unit and tools prior to release the unit.
Gathers all bank requirements and forwards them to the Finance department.
Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Performs other task as assigned and required.
