Fill the sales funnel by actively targeting key client groups - Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, large corporate end users.
Develops and implements business plans to increase new business and expansion opportunities; holds self-accountable for achieving assigned goals and objectives.
Forecast sales based on sales funnel concept to develop winning strategy.
Develop Sales Presentation strategies.
Conduct presentation to customers and consultants and offer solutions that meets and exceed their expectation.
Assist in developing marketing strategies.
Actively work to gain market intelligence including information on market outlook, competitive products, product innovation, industry trends and future projects.
Work closely with operations team to complete the sales cycle
College Degree (preferably in the field of Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design)
Fresh graduates will be entertained; 2-3 years work experience in the sales and marketing is an advantage.
Background and knowledge in planning/execution may also be considered.
