Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.
Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
Following up with prospects several times throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
Providing professional after-sales support.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
Maintaining a database of contact information.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Handling and responding to complaints and resolve issues aiming to client contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Job Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
Preferably 1-3 years equivalent of work experience in IT Industry
Knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Knowledgeable in CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills.
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen
Willing to work in Cavite
Can start ASAP
