Job Description responsible for handling, and maintaining all in-house accounts and assisting the sales department on customer requirements and inquiries related to import, export, domestic and other transactions.
Attend regular Sales Meeting and prepares Minutes of the meeting
Communicates and coordinates with agents regarding customer requirements and services.
Conducts Sales visit particularly for all in-house accounts.
Analyze and checks competitive rates with shipping lines, agents, local government authorities and other outsourced services.
Coordinates with operating departments to make sure that client requirements are met.
Monitors and follow-up submitted quotations to customers.
Checks clients' Standard Operating Procedures prior to the start of business transactions.
Monitors movement of shipments & prepares daily status reports to ensure that agreed lead time is being followed as committed
Filing and updating of Sales Quotations
Job Qualifications Graduate of any bachelor's degree
with prior experience in Logistic sales is preferred but not required
