Assist walk-in clients and attend to various requests on a timely manner + maintain and acquire new clients/accounts.
Understand customer needs by recommending the right product suited to their requirements.
Equipped with Technical knowledge to be able to guide clients and make suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
Coordinate with your own Project Team and other departments to ensure proper and timely project management.
Update Project team tracker on a daily basis to set priority for designers' reference.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
Gather feedback from clients to provide support to the company's improvements plans.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining on current trends, market, activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
