MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a graduate of Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Can drive four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver's license.
Preferably with 2 years sales experience in construction industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
With effective communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to be trained
Honest and trustworthy.
Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm).
BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITES
The Sales Executive will work under the Sales Department of the company, and will promote roofing materials to various clients. The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.
The Sales Executive is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow up, negotiation, closing of contracts, and collection.
