The role: Sales Executive ( Insurance)
The role of a Sales Executive is is to be the initial face of the business with new prospects and the engine behind growth across the firm. You will research and nurture new prospects in order to generate qualified leads with an ultimate aim to drive new opportunity and increased revenue.

We will rely on you to:
Own personal target (Financial & Pipeline)
Consistently completes sales calls and presentations and cultivates and handles a large portfolio of potential accounts aiming to meet personal target sales expectations.
Utilizes existing network, a mid-sized list of account leads and insights derived from research and relationship engagements to gain business or interest from small, nuanced or manifold potential accounts in a delegated region and/or industry.
Designs and develops targeted marketing plans for various business offerings and concepts directed at small, nuanced or manifold potential accounts
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments in relation to business need to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need
Analyze Territory and Market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
What you need to have:
Experienced Sales Professional
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience need
Ambition, tenacity, confidence, focus on results and financially driven
Business acumen and an understanding of the core mechanics of a business

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with Insurance - Life , Non-life, commercial
