Your job is to consult with authors interested in self-publishing a book or those who have published a book with Author Solutions.You are the first point of contact for authors who haven't published a book and will help assess their needs to determine the best publishing services to get their book to market.
A day in the life of a sales consultant includes . . .
Consulting with prospective authors about our publishing platform
Introducing new options to authors and closing business based on their needs and goals
Maintaining a minimum number of calls and call activity as determined by management
Maintaining authors in our CRM tool as directed by management
Earn up to 100K Each Month Commission + 30k Basic Salary
This job is perfect for you if you . . .
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Possess strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and computer skills
Can demonstrate self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs
Can consistently produce a high volume of quality work
Are capable and willing to adapt as needed to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Have a college degree (preferred but not necessary)
Have at least 2 years of sales experience or a background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) upselling, cross-selling, or retention (preferred but not necessary)
