Job Summary
• Assisting walk-in clients in the showroom
• Prepare initial sketch-up design layout for proposal and presentation to clients.
• Market the company's products to the target markets
• Maintain and acquire new clients/accounts thru walk-in clients, flyering, saturation within the vicinity
• Field work is required for site meeting with client and closing of sales
• Generate monthly sales target though different types of selling strategy
• Understand customer needs by recommending the right product suited to their requirements
• Coordinate with design specialist and other departments to ensure proper and timely project management
• Resolve customer complains quickly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationship
• Gather feedback from clients to provide support to the company's improvement plans
Skills and Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Interior Design or equivalent
• Experienced in retail operations
• Must be willing to do FIELD WORK
• Excellent selling skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge in Interior/Kitchen Design
• Required skill(s): Highly Motivated, Good Communication Skills, Articulate, Results-oriented, Excellent in Customer Service and can work under pressure,
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
