Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales production reports for submission to Sales Directors
Assist sellers with sales-related requirements and concerns
Coordinates with Sales Admin Department in terms of clients' lacking documents so as not to delay any transactions
Closely monitors all pending requests from various departments
In-charge of the logistics for all projects along with the materials for each projject and their availability
Files and safekeeps pertinent documents
Assists in the commission filling of sellers and closely monitors all concerns and problems, if there are any, and relays these to Sales Directors
Arranges monthly manning schedules for the division
Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned to them form time to time
Requiremnts:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
Junior Associate (1-4 years of experience) specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
Fresh graduates with relevant undergraduate and internship experiences.
Background in sales and/or real estate is an advantage.
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management an organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Amenable to work at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
