Description
Customer Service:
1. Establish, maintain and enhance good relationships with all the client's decision-makers and influencers. In order to adjust and polish your skills given the peculiarities of products and services we provide our clients, we will be imparting to you the requisite product familiarization and service instruction.
2. Respond to all calls and queries within 24 hours from assigned accounts.
Sales:
1. Conduct at least 5 prospecting call per week for new clients.
2. Conduct at least 5 service calls per week for assigned.
3. Prepare and submit to the Company a weekly progress report for each client, activity or service call made.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
