A Sales Engineer's job is to sell technical products and construction services to developers, architects and designers, contructors and other related clients in construction and real estate industry by combining their technical knowledge with sales skills. They act as a bridge between the company's technical offerings and the customer's needs.
 
The company will give a good compensation and allowances as follows: Basic Salary plus commissions, travel allowances (communication, transpo, accommodation and food) and accident insurance.
 
Here are some of the responsibilities of a sales engineer:
Technical expertise:
Explain technical products or construction services to customers in a clear way. Have extensive knowledge in real estate and construction services. Collaborates to support project sales dealers of company to win the projects.
Customer needs:
Understand customer needs and requirements. Consult with customers to assess their needs.
Product demonstrations:
Conduct demonstrations and deliver presentations.
Negotiations:
Provide technical expertise during negotiations.
Customer support:
Provide sales support and help customers troubleshoot problems.
Product development:
Assist with research and development of new products.
Sales team collaboration:
Work with sales teams to secure and renew orders.
Travel:
Willing to travel Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao
Some qualifications for a sales engineer include:
Graduate/Undergraduate of any Engineering Course
Technical knowledge in construction materials is advantage
Can drive 2 wheels and four wheels and with drivers license
Problem solving,
Presentation skills,
Technical understanding,
Verbal communication
