A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the construction projects. They ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards of quality and safety.
 
Role & Responsibilities
 
Interpreting Drawings: Can analyzing architectural and engineering drawings to understand project specifications.
 
Site Supervision: Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
 
Technical Support: Providing technical advice to construction teams and solving engineering-related problems.
 
Coordination: Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
 
Safety Management: Ensuring that safety protocols are followed on the construction site.
Material Management: Overseeing the usage and storage of materials and equipment.
 
Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
 
Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
 
Budget Management: Assisting in monitoring and controlling project costs.
 
Requirements
 
Educational Qualifications: A graduate or undergraduate in civil engineering or a related field.
 
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a site engineer or in a similar role.
 
Technical Skills: Knows how to drive 2 wheels and 4 wheels and with drivers license. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Project.
 
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
 
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
 
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mind and ability to creatively resolve emerging site issues.
