SALES ENGINEER
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Assist the Sales Administrator in carry out clerical administrative tasks involving internal operations including budget, purchasing, & financial record keeping.
Ensures proper office administration as to filing, documentation and any communication
Prepare & submit on a weekly basis regular analysis & monitoring of information & operational activities
SALES:
Coordinate closely with Sales Admin & Sales Head to provide timely & efficient mandated support
Responsible for the following task but not limited to preparation of Quotation, answering customer inquiries/calls, contacting customers, & receiving orders.
Update & administer customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS- Civil Engineering & BS- Architecture
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
At least 6 months to 1 year experience
Excellent written & oral communication skills with good grammar
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, web analytics etc.)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Outgoing and focus on achieving results
Can word under pressure
Willing to be trained
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City area
Can start ASAP
