JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Sales Engineer is responsible for the selling of Eastman assigned products and to ensure Customer satisfaction. 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING AND SELLING OF EASTMAN PROCDUCTS AND SERVICES
 
Secure market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
OPENING / CLOSING OF ACCOUNT
Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
Reviews customer requirements (tender documents, plans/layouts/equipment schedules, etc.)
Assists in the preparation of cost estimate sheets for each customer requirement.
Assists in the preparation of proposal/tender for each customer requirement.
Negotiates and closes proposals and tenders.
Draws up Sales Contracts.
 
Account Management ACOUNT MANAGEMENT / OTHER TASK’S
Conducts product / technical presentations.
Provide after sales service by monitoring proper implementation of the project, in coordination with the Eastman Project Management Team.
Handles existing customer inquiries and complaints.
Seeks customer feedback to improve after sales service.
Coaches and mentors Pre-Sales Engineer/s
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on good practices, quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.
Report for work on time.
Practice and observe good grooming and hygiene at all times.
Live out the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company.
Willing to be assigned in any EISI NCR branch
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or its equivalent work experience.
Having a license of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is a plus.
Minimum of three (3) years of working experience as a Sales Engineer.
Highly adept in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft applications.
Secure market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.

Reviews customer requirements (tender documents, plans/layouts/equipment schedules, etc.)
