College Graduate with Bachelors Degree in any Engineering course
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in selling Water Pumps, Motors , Controllers and
Other electrical and electro-mechanical products.
• Knowledge in interpreting customer requirements.
• Good Communication and mathematical skills.
Duties:
1. Develop and maintain understanding of all company product features and benefits and its applications.
2. Responsible for existing account management and clients communications and conflict resolution.
3. Search for new prospective clients who might benefits from our products and services through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
4. Prepare and develop detailed action plans and schedules to identify specific target customers and to projectd the number of contacts to be made.
5. Contact customers over the phone or email and schedule site visit to assist in technical aspects.
6. Manage the day to day sales operations from finding a client to securing a deal.
7. Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
8. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
9. Follow companies policies and procedures in relation to Marketing and selling all company products.
