Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Generating high-quality sales leads
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Meeting up or visiting clients to present the company, solutions, and services
Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Design Engineers, and Technical teams to develop aligned solutions and strategies that optimize value for both the client and the company
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
Negotiating contracts with clients, distributors and manufacturers to increase value
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Presenting solutions that address the client's requirements
Following up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Attending product enablement meetings to expand knowledge on products and solutions that could address client needs
Helping customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems
Preparing weekly and monthly reports; and identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Maintaining client records
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Reporting to Managing Director
Have basic understanding of IP surveillance, Access Control, Fire Detection and Alarm, Public Address, Structured Cabling / Network Infrastructure based on project requirements and plans.
Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent and experience in sales
At least 2 years of industry experience in sales engineering in a business-to-business, large/strategy customer segment;
Excellent computer literacy: MS Office
Excellent English and Filipino verbal and written communication skills
Willing to do field work outside of Metro Manila when quarantine is over
Product, Sales and/or Technical certifications, or equivalent
