Roles and Responsibilities
Schedules and manages sales calls with Sales Manager and Account Manager to achieve sales call KPIs, ensuring that the sales team is aware of the context and adequately prepared.
Responsible for capturing a summary of each sales call to be entered into the CRM, and ensuring that the sales team acts upon/ follows up with the necessary actions
Possess a good understanding of valve, fitting and related products and its applications to assist the team in increasing sales by continually engaging with a target list of accounts, keeping abreast of new product developments
Maintains and grows relationships with existing accounts by understanding customer needs and proposing solutions/ recommendations
Answering to customer queries, and ultimately providing excellent customer service
Works closely with the Customer Service team to ensure that the necessary paperwork is in order.
Qualification and Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of valve, fitting and fluid system related products preferred
Knowledge of Swagelok products preferred but not essential
Forward looking and creative
Analytical and detail oriented
Works well under pressure
Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, communication
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
