To deliver the required sales target for Daikin products by winning projects through negotiating and closing sales with new and existing institutional accounts for a successful project completion.
Essential Duties
1.Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotation to clients in a timely manner.
2.Prepare and consolidate comprehensive updates and analysis of project listing needed for sales performance monitoring of each handled client.
3.Ensure accurate and timely submission of rolling forecast.
4.Ensure harmonious business relationship between DPH and its existing and new clients through regular visitations and prompt assistance to their queries or concerns.
5.Does product presentation on Daikin products specifically RA, SA, VRV and PAC, and provide product catalogues to new and existing clients.
6.Develop and build new clients and maintain and manage existing clients.
7.Prepare and coordinate RFAQ and necessary documents needed for the successful delivery of ordered products to clients.
8.Proper coordination with the service team for the testing, commissioning schedules, and repairs of air conditioning units installed by the clients.
9.Ensure efficient sales collection.
Job Requirements:
a. Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
b. Must have a basic knowledge in air conditioning.
c. Can drive and has a valid drivers license
d. Proficient in oral and written communication
e. Preferable has 2-4 years of technical selling experience
f. Can work with a minimum supervision.
