Job Description:
Ensure complete number of Property Investment Consultants at all times
Set sales goals for Property Investment Consultants and ensure activation of all team members
Conduct regular coaching, training, caddying and revalida to Property Investment Consultants
Ensure timely cascade of all relevant company communication e.g. memorandum, circulars, updates, etc
Make sure that all company policies and circulars are strictly implemented.
Create quality sales activities to increase lead generation
Ensures completion of aftersales documents
Foster harmonious relationship within the team and Alveo
Reward and boost team morale
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably licensed real estate broker
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Has 5 years minimum experience in real estate sales
Has experience handling minimum of 15 sellers
Has good sales production for the last 3 years
