We are looking for a bright, motivated, analytical, results-driven person who thrives on attention-to-detail to help our business development guys connect with more sales opportunities.
There is no cold calling. You will be contacting clients via email.
Job responsibilities
 
The role of Sales Development Rep is critical in our business. In this role you will be doing the following:
Proficient in daily HubSpot use.
Crafts personalised first paragraphs for lead outreach.
Keep our CRM system (Hubspot) updated with accurate records.
Working with us to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Identifying prospects using Apollo, LinkedIn and other tools
Cleaning the email lists to make sure they don't bounce
Use Instantly.ai to send personalised cold emails to those people
Monitor Instantly.ai for analytics, etc
Monitor your email deliverablility
If an email comes back as Out of Office (OOO) or have left the company, to move that person to a new campaign at a later date
Any people that receive the enquire sequence but don't reply - to add them to a new Nurturing sequence
If you receive a positive reply you will notify our Business Development guys via Slack
You'll update our KPI spreadsheet with key metrics like, how many emails sent, how many replies, how many bounces, etc
Daily team updates - you'll have a daily Slack with the team
Skills/qualifications
Attention-to-detail - this is the most important quality we need. There is no calls. You will not be speaking to anyone - this is email only and so we need someone that is very analytical
Exceptional written English - we will write the emails. You will be taking these emails, adding spintax, and making sure the system runs smoothly. Although excellent written English would be an advantage
