We are on the search for Sales Development Representative for B2B Sales. This is an initiative to grow the team and will help in our upcoming expansion in other regions of the country.
Position Description:
Perform cold calling with the ability to convert these calls to potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
Managing top of the funnel and building pipeline.
Closing deals for small clients.
Working with Senior membersn of the team.
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Maintaining information (CRM, Internal tools etc.) of prospective client sales cycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
Good command of Tagalog/Filipino and English
Regional Languages (For Cebu and Davao Offices) - this is nice to have
Good communication skills and sales record.
Ability to onvert cold calls successfully into meetings.
Empathic, confident and self-motivated.
Excellent soft skills.
Excellent questioning/probing and listening skills with a positive attitude.
