If you're ready to make a difference and join an exciting journey with Cloud Bridge and AWS, we want to hear from you.We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead our Philippines-based SDR team, driving Cloud Bridge's growth across APAC by building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales development function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound strategy, developing talent, and accelerating pipeline generation in the AWS ecosystem.As the SDR Manager, you'll leverage your experience in cloud sales and the AWS partner landscape to mentor SDRs, optimise processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven sales leader ready to make a strategic impact and grow with Cloud Bridge.You will be joining a Philippines based growing teamKey Responsibilities * Team Leadership & Coaching
Recruit, onboard, and develop SDRs, fostering a culture of performance, learning, and collaboration.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure SDRs excel in lead generation, qualification, and AWS solution positioning.
Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability for pipeline creation and conversion.
2. Outbound Strategy & Execution
Design and implement multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) aligned with CB's GTM priorities and AWS ecosystem opportunities.
Oversee lead research, qualification, and segmentation to maximise impact and efficiency.
Ensure SDRs are equipped to position Cloud Bridge and AWS as trusted cloud advisers.
3. Sales Process Optimisation
Own the SDR pipeline in HubSpot, analysing data to refine workflows, messaging, and targeting.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and AWS partner teams to align outreach with campaigns, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Continuously iterate on SDR playbooks, leveraging feedback and best practices from the AWS ecosystem.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Solution Architects, Marketing) and AWS partner contacts.
Represent the SDR team in cross-functional meetings, sharing insights and driving alignment on pipeline priorities.
Essential Skills
Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B tech/cloud environments (ideally 2+ years in a manager/team lead role).
Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem experience working with AWS partners, cloud solutions, or AWS-centric sales teams.
Strong proficiency with sales tech stack: HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, Outreach/Sequencing tools, LinkedIn Navigator, and lead databases (Cognism, Apollo, etc.).
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing metrics, optimising processes, and reporting results.
English language proficiency is mandatory.

What We Offer
Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
