Eano's Operations Associate's role is a combination of sales and operations management. . The associate will be responsible for taking US-based customers through the journey of their home renovation from brainstorming to getting the project quoted, started, and completed. Operations associates are crucial for Eano as they will be the first line of communication between the company and new clients.
Guide the client through the company's standard process for project permitting, construction, and turnover
Manage accounts from the day-to-day client-calls
Upsell the company's parallel services for materials procurements, project management, and app functionality
Coordinate internal processes for quote generation, deal closing, and vendor alignment
Requirements
Willing to work between 12am to 3pm Philippine Time (Non-negotiable and full time) California work hours will be followed (9-hour shifts)
Must be available to work 5.5days a week - Tuesday to Sunday (rotational shift schedule)
Must have an existing work-from-home setup (stable and fast internet connection, video camera, and headset)
Fluent and professional English proficiency
Detail-oriented in managing multiple projects at the same time for different customers at different sales stage
Good memory and organization skills to properly handle simultaneous projects moving in the same direction
Architectural and engineering background is a plus
Home renovation/construction experience required
BPO work experience or in any similar client servicing field is a good edge
Google Suite experience (Sheets, Gmail, Presentation, Docs, etc.)
Zoom tools usage experience
