Job Description:With Intelligence is an information exchange connecting allocators and fund managers across various asset classes, providing the necessary insights and data for smarter asset allocation decisions. Our platform combines data with valuable narratives gathered through enduring relationships within the industry.The Sales & Customer Operations team plays a vital role in supporting our sales and customer success teams across With Intelligence's business intelligence product suite.We are seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Associate to join our expanding night shift team focused on USA-based customers. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, and exhibit a positive attitude toward their work.Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to the sales and customer success teams.
Serve as the first line of support for our customer-facing teams and the customers themselves.
Manage lead conversion and assignment to the sales team.
Ensure data integrity, driving the accuracy of customer data to help commercial teams achieve their objectives.
Conduct account administration activities with the goal of driving customer usage.
Manage and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
Perform data cleanup and conversion in our systems and Salesforce.
Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
Strong multitasking ability with effective time management skills.
Resourceful with good research skills.
Meticulous, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
Able to take constructive feedback and eager to learn new skills.
Diligent, proactive, and responsible, comfortable with accountability.
Able to work independently and within a team; primarily can work on SGT 4:00 pm to 1:00 am or SGT 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
