Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and ensuring they are accurate and timely.
Responding to customer inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about the hotel's facilities, services, and rates.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and individual guests, ensuring their needs are meet and fostering long-term partnerships.
Coordinating sales activities and appointments, scheduling sales team meetings, maintaining calendars, and ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are prepared for sales presentations and meetings.
Managing the sales database, updating customer information, tracking leads, and generating reports to monitor sales activities, performance, and trends.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and strategies that can contribute to the hotel's revenue growth.
Assisting with the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase the hotel's offerings and attract potential clients.
Liaising with various hotel departments such as operations, reservations, and banquets to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales-related activities, such as room reservations, special requests, and event logistics.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues or concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Compiling sales reports needed to analyze data in tracking performance and identifying trends.
Assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks, such as managing sales collateral, updating sales materials, and coordinating with the marketing department on promotional initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with the hotel's sales policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Preferably has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder in Hotel & Restaurant Management or relevant business course.
