Supports sales representatives by coordinating sales-related activities within the company and delivering high standards of customer service. Provides administrative support to the sales team
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates with different departments to meet Sales Engineer', Sales Supervisors' and/or Sales Manager's needs such as delivery schedules, audit, credit applications approval, company accreditation requirements and alike.
2. Receives calls from clients and addresses concerns in the absence of the Sales Engineer / Sales Supervisor such as delivery schedules, quotations, purchase orders, pick ups, sales order, stocks availability, and alike.
3. Creates quotations, sales order, request of delivery schedule and alike in the absence of Sales Engineer / Sales Supervisor.
4. Responsible for the fulfillment and replenishment of office supplies and materials of the sales team.
5. Responsible for encoding of weekly generated sales.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course
2. Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field
3. Must be efficient, flexible and willing to work under pressure, organized and keen to details
4. Must have a good written and oral communication skills
5. Must be willing to do field work
