Prepares weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales production reports
Assists sellers with sales-related requirements
Coordinates with the Sales Admin and Documentation Department in terms of lacking documents of each client so as not to delay any transactions
Closely monitors pending requests from various departments
In-charge of the logistics for projects along with the materials for each project and their availability
Files and safe-keeps pertinent documents
Assists in the commission filing of sellers and closely monitors concerns and problems, if there is any, and relays these to Sales Directors
Arranges monthly manning schedules for the division
Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
At least a Bachelor's/College degree from any field
At least one (1) year of working experience in a relevant field is preferred but not required
Fresh graduates with relevant undergraduate and/or internship experiences are welcome to apply
