• Serves as back office sales support
• Prepare & submit price proposal to the customers
• Attends to customer inquiries and sales concerns promptly
• Coordinate sales group in communicating relevant information and filing important documents
• Store and organize data in electronic form & maintain/manage customer sales database
• Assist & attend to client inquiry on a daily basis
• Canvassing and item sourcing as needed
• Create & processing of order form / standard requisition form with accuracy & timeliness
• Handle the vendor accreditation form
• Coordinate with the relevant department to ensure that proposals are being sent on a timely manner
• Assisting in informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• With resources for finding a potential new client
• Mature, strong moral principle and responsible
• Fast Learner with Good Communication and Confidence in dealing with people
• Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable
• Flexible and having multi-tasking skills
• Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
