Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
- Handle client/s inquiry and address it immediately through coordination with Account Manager, Account Sales Executive, and another department if necessary.
- Handle client concerns and provide immediate solutions.
- Represent the company by attending client meetings to obtain continuity of the business and other possible business development.
- Always satisfy client/s by providing necessary assistance.
- Provide "quality service" for the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales group in meeting the company goals.
- Telemarketing; Conduct outbound calls to at least five (5) prospective clients, with the use of skills in persuasion to promote our services and products effectively.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly explain the benefits, advantages, and features of our offered services.
- Close sales by dealing with negotiation terms and securing client commitment.- Collaborate with sales team to provide qualified leads and coordinate relevant information.
- Stay updated on market and/or industry trends as well as with competitor offer to put our products and services in a good position in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be (4) Four-year graduate in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
-Experienced in the position as Sales or Sales Coordinator not less than 1 to 2 years of experience is an ADVANTAGE.
-Strong Sales Coordinator background in Manpower Company (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower Deployment) with market leads is a plus.
-Must have a good customer service skills and good client management.
-Must possess strong leadership, competitive, flexible, goal oriented and "highly driven personnel".
