Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at GAC Aion Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading electric vehicle brand in the Philippines. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Understand customer needs and preferences through effective communication.
Offer personalized guidance and support throughout the entire customer journey.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate deals effectively.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Expertise:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GAC Aion vehicles, features, and competitive offerings.
Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing and promotion strategies, and financing options.
Sales & Administrative Duties:
Document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
College-level or college graduates from any field. K-12 graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Prior experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and a proven ability to drive is highly preferred.
