Prospecting * Undertakes study of a potential market of the products to be sold.
Formulates and implements appropriate prospecting strategies
Ensures that the target number of prospects per month is met
Identifies/secures all pertinent information about the potential prospects and list them down in the Prospects Information Sheet and Tracking Form and provides a copy to the Sales Supervisor
Analyzes data generated and classify prospects into potential and non-potential prospective customers or hot, warm and cold type of prospects
Prepares an effective Prospects Conversion Plan
Sales Generation * Implements the Prospects Conversion Plan using various techniques/ approaches and applying customer service principles
Undertakes the sales process in accordance with prescribed guidelines and procedural requirements and standards :
Rapport building
Consulting
Product Presentation/Demonstration or Test Drive
Objection Handling and Negotiating
Closing
Pre-Delivery Inspection in coordination with PDI Unit
Vehicle Delivery and Hand-over Process
Post Sales Follow-up
